With over 30 years of experience, I bring deep expertise in business processes, risk assessment and management, internal controls, data privacy, and IT security. I am the founder of Insights Assurance & Advisory. My career has spanned roles at a Big 4 accounting firm and Fortune 500 companies.

Throughout my journey, I’ve partnered with medium to large organizations to conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments, uncover control gaps, design robust control environments, and evaluate their operational effectiveness. I’ve led complex advisory engagements across industries and developed specialized expertise in cybersecurity, IT governance, and compliance with frameworks such as FFIEC, ISO 27001, SOX, SOC 1 & 2, GDPR, and FedRAMP.

My key accomplishments include:

• Driving revenue growth through risk-based process improvements

• Remediating SOX significant deficiencies and strengthening control frameworks

• Leading pre-implementation reviews of ERP and business systems

• Conducting IIA-compliant Internal Audit Quality Assessments

• Designing and embedding controls during Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives
